Honoring
George A. Sarosi, M.D. The George A. Sarosi Lectureship in Medical Education has been established to acknowledge and honor Dr. Sarosi's long commitment as the Chief of the Medical Service at the Roudebush VA Medical Center. It will support the recruitment of experts in medical education and endemic fungal disease to speak annually at Indiana University Medicine Grand Rounds. This endowed fellowship is named in honor of the late John Phillips, a recognized expert in heart catheterization, and his late wife, Rosemary. It will provide fellows clinical training in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure at the Krannert Institute of Cardiology.
